F1 authorities 'losing the plot' over penalties.

Mark Blundell has accused F1's authorities of 'losing the plot' and 'political correctness gone mad' over the plethora of controversial penalties dished out in 2008 - most recently to McLaren-Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton, Ferrari's Felipe Massa and Scuderia Toro Rosso's Sbastien Bourdais in the Japanese Grand Prix at Fuji Speedway last weekend.
