Did Hamilton learn a lesson at Japan?

Despite ruining his chances to extend his lead in the Drivers' Championship and to hold on to the fragile one-point lead in the Constructors' Championship, Lewis Hamilton declared that he will not change his aggressive driving style. Earlier this week, Hamilton already received some heavy criticism from Robert Kubica, but the Briton insist he won't change his ways.
