Bourdais blames Massa for incident

Toro Rosso driver Sebastien Bourdais, who received a 25-second post-race penalty, said that Ferrari driver Felipe Massa was completely to blame for the small collision at Fuji Speedway today. Bourdais, who rejoined after his final pitstop, hit Massa who was trying to drive around the outside of the STR3.
