Vettel will be champion soon says Williams

Oct.9 Sir Frank Williams has tipped F1's youngest ever race winner to soon be challenging for world titles. Germany's 21-year-old Sebastian Vettel recorded both his and Toro Rosso's first victory recently at Monza, and next year he will step up to Red Bull's senior formula one team.
