Toro Rosso searching for new staff

The Scuderia Toro Rosso is recruiting several new staff members as this is needed to become a full constructor by the 2010 season. Gerhard Berger declared to the magazine 'GPWeek': "We are trying to grow, and if we want to improve our performance we have to grow."
