Vettel to be confirmed as Red Bull driver today?

According to our colleagues at 'pitpass', Sebastian Vettel will, later today, be confirmed as Red Bull Racing's second driver for the 2009 season. The news comes only 2 weeks after the retirement announcement of David Coulthard at Silverstone. During the British GP weekend, Mark Webber also confirmed that he has signed a new contract with the Milton Keynes-based outfit.
