Theissen: BMW Sauber's bold leap has paid off

When the BMW Sauber F1.08 was launched back in January, the team admitted they had taken a gamble with its design philosophy. Mixed results from winter testing suggested that gamble may have backfired, but two races into the season and things couldn't be more different. Lying a clear second in the constructors' championship, it seems that McLaren and Ferrari could have a real fight on their hands by the time we get to Europe.
